Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We offer two methods of delivery:
- First Class Royal Mail, delivery is completely FREE on all UK orders. Deliveries through this channel typically take 3-5 working days to arrive.
- Special Delivery, if you require your order in a hurry, we charge a fixed fee of £6.50 per order, which guarantees next day delivery providing your order is placed before 12 noon. Feel free to contact us whiteshinejewellery@gmail.com if you would like to arrange any special delivery requirements and we will be happy to help.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these you should not use or access this website.
Returns
At White Shine Jewellery, we recognise that sometimes goods which you have ordered need to be returned.
All faulty goods will be replaced where possible, or money refunded in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase, where possible.
If the goods* are not what you expected. Contact us at whiteshinejewellery@gmail.com with your details. Then you simply need to return the goods* in the same condition in which you purchased them, in the original packaging, and with your receipt, within 14 days of the goods being received. You can post your items to: White Shine Jewellery, 35 Sir Isaacs Walk, Colchester, CO1 1JJ, UK. White Shine Jewellery cannot take responsibility for returned items which do not reach us or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar secure, insured method. White Shine Jewellery do not refund postage costs.
(*We regret that for hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned, unless faulty.)
