How to care for your Trollbeads
Trollbeads are unique and if treated with a little care they will last lifetime. Please follow our care guidelines to ensure that your Trollbeads stay looking as good as new.
Gentle, regular buffing with a silver-polishing will keep the lustre in your Trollbeads and that is all you need to do to keep them clean and sparkling.
We strongly advise you never use chemical silver dip or strong cleaning fluids as these products include substances such as peroxide and bleach that can damage your beads. Also take care when using alcohol-based hand creams and perfumes which can also adversely affect your beads.
Also never wear Trollbeads in a chlorinated pool or hot tub as the chemicals can damage the resin in the beads.
When you are not wearing your silver bracelet, beads, earrings or rings, we recommend that you try to keep them in an air tight bag to prevent oxidisation.
Lastly we will happily clean your Trollbeads free of charge when you come to White Shine Jewellery located in Colchester town centre. As an approved Trollbeads stockist we also offer the personal fitting of your bracelet to ensure it's just right for you and that there is enough slack for new beads to be added without putting pressure on the lock.
